Thank you for supporting our small business. All of our products are custom-made to order, created specifically based on the photos, designs, and details you provide. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom product, including but not limited to:

Any made-to-order items
Once an order is placed, production begins immediately, and materials are prepared specifically for your product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake on our end:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note that we are not responsible for:

Low-resolution or blurry photos provided by the customer

Minor color or brightness differences due to screen vs. print variations

Order Accuracy
Please double-check all uploaded photos, spelling, and order details before checkout. Since all items are custom-produced, changes cannot be made once the order has been submitted.
