Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons—such as holidays—or when order volume is higher than usual, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busier periods.

Order Updates
You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status, including confirmation once your package has shipped.

Updating Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address or any order details, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed, we will do our best to make the requested changes. Once an order is packed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping information.

Shipping Delays
Please note that carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
